These checkweighers are capable of precise measurements of weights of products on a
conveyor belt during transport. Our weighers are available in several weight classes and can provide a feed back signal
to a filling machine. This will give a saving as the filling machine can immediately be adjusted in case of over weight.
The upper and lower weight levels can be adjusted. We can also provide a reject system for automatic rejection of products
which are too heavy or too light.
Depending on the type of weigher it is possible to achieve accurate weighing of 250 pieces a minute. Maximum accuracy of 0.15
grams are possible depending on type of weigher and production rate.
